Ingredients:
- 1 medium head broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium carrot, peel and grate
- 1 clove of garlic, squeeze
- 3/4 cup grated cheese, low-fat
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 0.5 cups of bran or fiber
- 1 tablespoon spices (Italian dried herbs)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.2. Boil steamed broccoli for a few minutes until they are a nice bright green color.
3. Cool. In a large bowl, combine broccoli with remaining ingredients.
4. Blind small balls.
5. Put them on a baking sheet, the laid with baking paper, and send in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
