Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 500 grams,
- curd (5% fat) - 120 grams
- cheese - 50 grams,
- Garlic - 2 cloves,
- mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 1 tablespoon
- sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons,
- parsley, dill,
- spices (coriander, paprika, turmeric)
- salt

Preparation:
- 1. Grind the garlic and herbs, mix with cream cheese, grated on a fine grater cheese and mayonnaise, add the spices.
- 2. Chicken fillet cut into two parts, repulse, salt on both sides.
- 3. On the fillets to put the stuffing and wrap rolls. Secure the roll thread or toothpicks.
- 4. Put rolls on a heated pan and fry in sunflower oil from various sides over high heat until golden brown.
- 5. Then bake in oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cooking time (without baking) - 30 minutes.
