Ingredients:

  • Ham - 150 g
  • Green onions - 1 bunch
  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 g
  • Eggs (large) - 8 pieces.

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and place in a preheated in a pan  olive oil.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for all the potato slices evenly browned. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.



3. While the potatoes are ready, slice the green onions and separate the white parts of the green. The white part of the pan to send potatoes. Cut the ham and also send it to the pan. In a deep bowl mix eggs, milk and grated Parmesan. Thoroughly whisk and when the mixture is fairly homogeneous, add the green parts chopped onion.

Continue to cook Frittata without stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until the edges are not grabbed. Move the pan in the oven and cook for another 20 minutes. Begin to check the dish after 15 minutes, as it can burn. Let Frittata brew for 5 minutes before serving.
