Eggs stuffed with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
Eggs - 8 pcs.
Fresh (or frozen) mushrooms - 200 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil until cooked mushrooms (dried, soak in water for 3-4
hours). Cut in small pieces.
2. Fry in vegetable oil.
3. Finely chop and fry until golden brown.
4. Eggs boiled hard-boiled, clean. Knife on both sides to
cut a little egg, in order to make it stand steadily on a platter.
5. Cut the eggs in half, to get the egg yolks.
6. Add the mushrooms and onions, season with salt, add the
mayonnaise and mix.
7. Eggs filled with minced meat, put on a plate and garnish
with greens.
