Ingredients:
• 500 grams of salmon or trout fillets• 2 fresh egg whites
• 100 ml yogurt or milk 0%
• salt
Preparation:
1- Grind Salmon fillet in a blender or in meat grinder.2- Put eggs with salt add the milk and beat a couple of minutes. Carefully enter into the beaten mass of chopped salmon fillet, stir. Soufflé molds filled to 3/5 volume.
3- Bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 grams. C. During baking a souffle to rise, after cooling settles.
4- Ready souffle completely cool and only then removed from the molds. Share souffle in the dish, with laid lettuce. Bon Appetit!
