Ingredients :

- 3 slices of bread, the best on a baguette
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Half of tomato
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- Dill
- salt pepper
- vegetable oil

Preparation:

Mix  Egg with milk, chopped dill, salt and pepper. The whole mixture well whisk or fork. cut Bread . Put the bread slices in the egg mixture and let it soak well and put is on the stove pan with vegetable oil and warm it well. Fry the croutons on both sides, if left on the plate a little egg mixture, then gently pour it on top of the toast

Then, ready put  to toast a thin circle of tomato, salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place under the grill until cooked, the cheese has melted and formed a nice crust.
