Ingredients:

- 500 g liver
- 250 g of tomato juice,
- 30 g parsley,
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp dried onion and lemon juice,
- Pepper,
- Salt.




Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the liver, cut into pieces of 5 cm long and 1 cm thick chop the parsley finely. In a frying pan heat the oil, put the liver, parsley, sprinkle them with lemon juice, stir and fry until browning.
2. When the liver browns add the onions and pour the tomato juice, stir and stew for 20 minutes until tender over low heat, add salt and pepper, mix well. Serve hot. Dried onion can be replace with fresh.
3. In this case, it is immediately placed in a pan together with the liver and together they are fried until browning.
