Liver Fried With Mustard Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g liver- 2-3 tbsp mustard,
- 2 tbsp oil and butter,
- ¼ cup flour,
- Pepper,
- salt
Preparation:
1. Wash, dry and cut the liver into cubes 1 cm thick. Mix flour, salt and pepper, breaded liver in flour mixture.2. The red-hot frying pan in a mixture of oil and butter, fry until browning liver over high heat, then add the mustard and a good mix to evenly distribute it between slices, fry for 10-15 min until tender over medium heat.
Of course, you can also add to the recipe onion or some other foods to taste.
