If for any reason you do not eat mayonnaise, it can find a worthy replacement - a sauce, mayonnaise which is not inferior, but on the contrary, it is more useful.
Ingredients:
Replace mayonnaise sauce on:- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or cider vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 7 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
1. Mix until smooth butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.2. Add the sour cream and mix.
3. Suitable for all salads that require mayonnaise. You can smear on sandwiches.
