Ingredients:
- Green onions - 1/2 tbsp
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Smoked Salmon - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Cucumber - 1 piece.
- Rye bread - 1 pc.
- Cream Cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 1/4 stack.
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Dill - 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.2. Chop the capers. Add to the cheese mix lemon juice, capers, herbs, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the crusts from the bread slices and fold in two layers. Spread the cheese mixture.
4. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
5. Put them on top of the cheese.
6. It should lay thin slices of salmon.
7. Repeat this several times.
8. Now spread the finished cake cheese mixture. Garnish with rosettes of salmon.
9. Pattern the greens. Let soak in and serve!
