Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 - 600 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- onions - 1-2 pieces.
- garlic - 1 -2 cloves
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 Art.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- flour - 1 tbsp
- bay leaf - 1-2 pc.
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Cut Chicken fillet into small pieces. Share on heated pan and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
3. Add to the meat of grated carrot, finely chopped onion and garlic. Stir and fry for 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat.
4. Add the cream to the meat, tomato paste and flour, mix well and cook for five minutes.
5. Then pour water into the pan, stir gently, add salt, bring to a boil and leave the stew to simmer for 20 minutes. At the end add to the stew bay leaf and spices.
6. Serve with a garnish and fresh vegetables.
