Ingredients:

- 500 g liver
- 100 ml of white wine,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 2 red onions,
- 1 bunch of parsley,
- 2 tbsp butter and brandy
- 1 tbsp olive oil,
- 1 tsp sea ​​salt,
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper.




Preparation:

1. Chop the parsley finely, chop the onion half rings and fry it over high heat with 1 tbsp butter until transparent. Crush the garlic, put it to the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes, add salt and pepper, pour wine, it completely evaporated, add three quarters of chopped parsley, stir and remove the sauce from heat.
2. Rinse and dry the liver, remove the film, cut into strips of thickness 1-1,5 Cm, heat the pan on 1 tbsp butter, pour olive oil, put the liver, salt and pepper and fry on each side for 2 min.
3. Pour in the brandy to the liver, stir, simmer still 30 sec. Before serving, pour the cooked liver sauce and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
