Ingredients:
- Onions - 2 heads
- Red bell pepper - 2 pcs
- Eggs - 5 pcs
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs
- hard cheese - 75 g
Preparation:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Do peppers remove seeds and cut into thin half-rings.2. Fry onion in olive oil until almost fully cooked, add pepper to the onions and fry for a few minutes, until pepper softens.
3. Put fried vegetables in a baking dish. On the number of products I advise to take a baking dish with a diameter of at least 23-25 cm so that a layer of vegetables was not very thick, not to get a casserole instead of pizza.
4. Beat eggs lightly with salt. Pour the eggs on vegetables.
5. Cut tomatoes into slices 5-7 mm thick, spread throughout the tomato pizza surface. Sprinkle tomatoes with grated cheese or cheese to spread on slices of tomatoes.
6. Put the form with pizza on the high rack grill and bake for 20 minutes in a combined microwave and grill mode.
