Ingredients:

  • Rice boiled - 1 cup
  • Pink salmon in its own juice - 1 jar
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Boiled Eggs - 5 pcs
  • Lettuce leaves - 4-5 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - to taste




Description of the preparation process:

The recipe for this salad I invented a few years ago. The ingredients were taken simple and in my opinion is well combined. Decoration also somehow happened by itself, wanted color and more. Since that time, I was preparing this salad many times, as he was very fond of my family. I only reduced the amount of mayonnaise, which makes it less nutritious. This salad is ideal blend rice with salmon, carrots, cucumber, onions and eggs.
To prepare salad Camomille field we need such products: boiled rice, canned salmon, cucumber, carrots, onions, boiled eggs, lettuce, mayonnaise.
Salad leaves out onto a plate in a circle, and then put boiled rice.
Pink salmon mash with a fork, put a layer on top of the rice.
Finely chop the onion and put on top of the fish.
Grate Carrots , put in a pan, add a couple tablespoons of water and put out under the lid closed for several minutes. Then cool.
Put Carrots  a layer on top of the onions and spread with mayonnaise. I draw your attention to the fact that the previous layers do not need to be lubricated, lettuce and so juicy enough.
Then cut cucumber cubes and put on top of carrots.
The upper layer lay eggs. Of these, we will make chamomile. Because protein is cut out petals and from the yolks do midway.
