Ingredients:
- A large potato - 1 kg
- Meat - 300 g
- Red beans - 1 jar
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Broth - 500 ml
- Tomato paste and tomato sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Dill or other herbs - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Red pepper - 1 pc.
- Salad mix - 1 pack
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Close the potatoes thoroughly wash and boil until half cooked in salted water.2. Carefully cut the sidewall on one side, with the help of a teaspoon take out all the potatoes.
3. The cooked meat mince and mix with the potatoes taken out. Then add egg, red canned beans, tomato paste and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
4. Stuffed potatoes with minced meat obtained. Close the side panel and neatly stacked potatoes in a saucepan, pour it in a meat broth or just water and simmer until tender.
5. Before serving, decorate the dish with fresh red pepper and salad mix drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
