Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 300 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 250 g
- Ginger - 10 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 7 g
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
Cut Chicken breast into small pieces and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Cut the bell pepper and add to the chicken. Season with salt and fry all together until soft. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger root. Add them to the chicken. Pour soy sauce, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes.Bon Appetit!
