Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 300g
  • 3 carrots - 180g
  • 3 onions - 150g
  • 3, pickled cucumber - 150g
  • 12 tablespoons canned corn
  • 3 tsp sunflower oil
  • 10 tsp light mayonnaise - 50 g




preparation:

1. chop Carrot in sticks, cut onion into cubes. All salt and fry in vegetable oil
2. Finely chop the chicken livers and put out on some water in a pan (add salt a little bit), or simply boiled and cut.
3. Pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.
4. Stir in the carrots and onions, liver, corn, pickles and mayonnaise.
