Ingredients:
Dough:
- 500 grams of flour- 25 g of fresh yeast
- 3/4 cup of water (preferably milk)
- 2 tbsp. sugar spoon
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Filling:
- 1.5 cups of cranberry- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1.5 tsp orange zest.

Preparation:
1. Prepare a brew: dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm milk or water, add half of the flour, stir and put to rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.2. In the finished brew pour the remaining warm liquid, whipped with sugar, salt and eggs, add the remaining flour and stirring gradually add the softened butter.
3. Knead the dough, as long as it is smooth and no longer adhere to the hands. Cover the bowl with the dough film and put into the refrigerator for a period of from 2 hours to a day.
4. Prepare the filling: grind the cranberries in a blender or meat grinder, put in a saucepan, add the orange zest and sugar and boil down over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, to pass on to floured work surface and roll out into a rectangle 60 x 30 cm. On the surface of the rectangle to distribute an even layer stuffing, retreating 1.5 cm from the edges of the dough.
6. Fold the dough roll: 1/3 widest part of the reservoir cover the middle part and then cover with another edge. As a result, it should get a roll rectangular 30× 20 cm.
7. The edges of the dough and pinch roll a rolling pin to roll slightly.
8. Cut the roll crosswise into 12 strips the width of about 3 cm.
9. Torsion each strip 3-4 times and put a ring in the form of wreaths, pinch the ends.
10. Arrange on a greased baking sheet wreaths with oil and bake in a hot oven to 210 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
11. Ready-chilled wreaths grease icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
