Ingredients:
- Mashed potatoes (cold) - 150 g
- Flour - 280 g (+ for rolling)
- Baking powder - 2 hours
- Milk - 150 ml
- Salt - 1 / 3tbsp
- Butter - 30g
- Cheese (any solid) - 50 g
Preparation:
Flour, baking powder and sift into a bowl, add salt - mix. Add mashed potatoes - mix thoroughly.Then pour the warm milk and melted butter - knead the dough, put it on the work surface floured, and knead to a soft state.
The dough is divided into 8 equal parts. Each roll into a bundle about 15 cm in length. Roll flagellum bundle.
Ready "nodules" lay out on a baking sheet, the laid parchment, brush them with milk and sprinkle with cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven 20-25minut. Ready to shift the scones on a platter and serve. Bon Appetit !
