Ingredients:

- 6 medium-sized apples
- 200 g flour + little for sprinkling
- 200 grams of cottage cheese (dry)
- 200 g butter (cold)
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons. spoons of sugar
- Powdered sugar, cinnamon, salt




Preparation:

1. Sift flour, assemble a slide, make a well, add the grated cheese through a sieve, salt, chopped butter and knead the dough thick uniform. Wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
3. Apples peeled and cored, simmered for 5 minutes in a small saucepan with the lemon juice, remove and dry.
4. The finished dough roll into a rectangular formation on a floured table, cut into squares corresponding to the quantity of apples.
5. In the middle of a square of dough to put apples into which to fall asleep sugar mixed with cinnamon.
6. Connect the opposite ends of the squares, brush them with beaten egg and bake the apples in the dough for 30 minutes.
7. Before serving, allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
