Ingredients:
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Almond flour - 0.5 stack.
- Coconut oil - 1 stack.
- Carrot 400 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs .
- Sugar - 300 g
- Vanilla sugar - 3 tsp
- Cinnamon - 2 tsp
- Nutmeg - 2 tsp
- Cardamom - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Baking powder - 4 tsp
- Soda - 2 tsp
- Walnuts and Pecans - 150 g
- Coconut - 80 g
- Coconut cream - 300 g
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Powdered sugar - to taste
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour, add the spices, salt, baking powder and salt and whisk to mix.2. In a separate bowl beat 4 eggs, add sugar and melted butter.
