Ingredients:
- Water - 2 liters
- Root (for broth) - to taste
- Leeks and onions - 250 g
- White wine vinegar - 50 ml
- Yolks egg - 1 pc.
- Rock Salt, pepper black pepper - to taste
- bay leaf, white pepper powder - to taste
- Heating oil or fat chicken - 100 g
- Greens - to taste
- Chicken - 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. Wash Chicken , trim excess fat, cut in half, cover with cold water and cook until tender.2. For 30 minutes until cooked add the coarsely chopped roots and spices.
3. When serving sprinkle with white pepper and garnish with a sprig of greenery.
