Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Chicken egg - 3 pieces.
- Flour, wheat - 500 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Filtered water - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
For the sauce:
- Tomatoes (milled) - 400 g
- Tomato puree - 230 g
- The filtered water - 70 ml
- Tomato paste - 90 g
- Salt, sugar, Italian herbs, oregano, garlic - to taste
For filling:
- Ricotta - 230 g
- Mozzarella (grated) - 130 g
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Salt, basil, garlic - to taste

Preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and butter until smooth.2. Place the flour into a container and make an indentation.
3. Pour the liquid mixture and stir.
4. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and knead the dough.
5. Cover the container with the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
6. Connect the ingredients for the sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer covered until the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
7. Mix the ingredients for the filling.
8. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Thinly roll out with rolling pin.
9. Quickly spread the filling over one half of the formation. Lightly oil the dough with water (around the entire surface of the filling).
10. Cover with the second half of the reservoir and gently push. Cut into small squares and walk along the edges of the fork tines.
11. Boil in salted water until tender.
12. Serve with sauce and greens (optional).
