Diet Mexican Salad With Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
- Cabbage - 1/2 pcs.
- Yellow sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
- Lemon - 1/2 pcs.
- Parsley and / or cilantro - 1 bunch
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Paprika - 2 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Cakes (optional) - 4 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Prepare a mixture of spices. Mix the paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt and brown sugar. Chicken fillet lightly greased with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Hide in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight), to marinate the chicken.2. In a frying pan in olive oil to fry chicken over medium heat and add the juice of half a lemon. Remove the chicken from the heat and cut into cubes.
3. Chop the cabbage and greens, bell peppers cut into cubes. Put on a plate (or warm cake), cabbage and pepper, add the halved cherry tomatoes and chicken. Sprinkle with herbs and use as a filling Greek yogurt.
