Ingredients:
- Broccoli - 600 g
- Most of sliced onion - 1 pc.
- Peeled garlic - 2-4 cloves
- Vegetable broth - 4 stack.
- Most of boiled potato, sliced - 1 pc.
- Raw cashew nuts - 1 / 4-1 / 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Bread - for a toast
Preparation:
1. Place the broccoli, onion, garlic and vegetable broth in a saucepan. Bring broth to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer until then, until broccoli is tender, about 8 minutes.2. Half of broccoli soup and send in a blender with half a potato and cashew. Beat until smooth. Pour into another pan and repeat with the remnants of broccoli, potatoes and cashew.
3. Cover with a lid and heat the soup over low heat for 10 minutes. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of red pepper to taste.
4. Cut The bread into cubes, cut the cake. Fry on a dry frying pan or in the oven to dry.
5. Serve the soup with croutons ready.
