Stuffed Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:
For boats:
- Olive oil - 0,25 stack.
- Grainy mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Chili flakes - to taste
- Thyme - 5-6 sprigs
- Juice and zest of lemon - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Ground cumin - to taste
- Tofu - 1 package
- The stems of the broccoli - 2 pcs.
- Avocado - 3 pieces.
- Ripe Apricot - 1-2 pieces.
For the sauce:
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Zest of lemon - 2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 0.5 tbsp
- Maple Syrup - 1-2 tablespoons
- Red onions - 1 pc.
- Curry powder - to taste
- Ground cumin - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Tamaris sauce - 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Water - to taste
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, finely chopped onion, chili flakes, thyme, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and cumin.2. Place the tofu cubes in a large dish, disassemble the broccoli into florets, add them to the tofu, pour the marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
3. For the sauce: Mix the lemon juice, zest, mustard, maple syrup, chopped red onion, curry powder, cumin, water, salt, pepper, tamaris sauce and olive oil. This whisk in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
4. Preheat the grill thoroughly, cut in half the avocado and remove the stone, brush cut butter, season with salt and pepper.
5. Grilled fry tofu and broccoli. Mash and mix in a bowl, to get small pieces. Then, on the grill, prepare avocado halves. Fry until browning, until there are typical bars.
6. Pour the mixture of tofu and broccoli in half an avocado, pour the sauce.
