Ingredients:
- Butter - 30 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 250 ml
- Pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, lasagne) - 1 pack
- Onions - 1-2 pieces.
- Mushrooms (can be frozen) - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Dill and parsley - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste

Preparation:
1. Put Butter in a saucepan and heat until it has melted. Gradually add flour to avoid forming lumps. Thoroughly mix. The entire meal we soaked in oil. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Leave on low heat, add salt and pepper. If thick, add milk, butter and nutmeg. You can add spices. Sometimes add grated horseradish.
2. White mushrooms boil for 5-7 minutes in salted water, then rinse with cold water. Fry fungi in oil for 20 minutes.
3. Mix sauce with mushrooms and keep on low heat, stirring constantly so that it thickens.
4. If a thick, add a little milk to desired consistency. Turn off the heat and let it brew. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to package directions.
5. Put the pasta on a plate, pour the sauce, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
