Ingredients:

  • Beef tenderloin - 400 g
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 pc.

  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - to taste
  • Sesame - to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Grated ginger root - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp




Preparation:

1. With a sharp knife cut beef tenderloin slices across the fiber thickness of 3 mm and slightly repel. Ginger clean and rub on a small grater. Mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Using a brush, lubricate it with marinade the meat and leave for 10 minutes.
