Stuffed Squid With Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- Carcasses of squid - 1 kg
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Tomatoes in own juice - 800 ml
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Chorizo sausages - 150 g
- Long grain rice - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Greens - to feed
Preparation:
1. Squid unfreeze, flush and clean.2. One onion and two cloves of garlic, peel and finely chop.
3. In a deep frying pan heat two tablespoons oil and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Add the chopped red bell pepper strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the canned tomatoes with juice, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Prepare the filling: finely chop one onion, two cloves of garlic and sausage.
6. Preheat a frying pan two tablespoons vegetable oil and fry the vegetables with sausages until golden brown. Remove from heat and add the boiled rice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
7. Stuff the squid with the resulting mixture.
8. In a deep baking dish and pour the sauce to put on top of stuffed squid.
9. Send in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20 minutes. Finished feeding dish, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
