Snack Sweet Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

• Sweet pepper - 3 pieces.
• Curd cream - 2 pcs.
• Garlic - 2 cloves
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• Lettuce - for decoration
• Fresh parsley - 2-3 sprigs

Preparation:

1. Processed cheese freeze in the freezer. We do this in order to then the cheese could easily grate.
2. The Bulgarian pepper and cut my stalk. Cut the peppers so that the boat turned.
3. Carrots are clean and rub on a grater. Frozen cheese also rub on a grater. Garlic clean and very finely cut.
4. In cheese, add the carrots and garlic mayonnaise. All stir until smooth.
5. A plate, which will lay a snack, decorate lettuce leaves and stuffed with sweet pepper boats.
6. Parsley finely cut and sprinkle with our appetizer.
