Ingredients:
- Coconut - 150 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Chocolate - 200 g
- Cream (20%) - 150 ml
- Milk or butter (optional) - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1 . Cream, sugar, butter warm in a skillet over low heat until sugar is dissolved.2. Remove from heat. Add coconut and mix.
3. Form a candy mass cooled down and place on baking paper (you can use the silicone molds). Take in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours.
4. Chop the chocolate and dissolve it in a water bath (on request can be diluted with 2-3 tablespoons of milk or butter).
5. Frozen Candy pinned with a toothpick and dip into the chocolate glaze.
6. Put the candy on baking paper and send it in the freezer for 1 hour.
