Preparation:
1. If the tomatoes with thick skins, blanch, peel. If small tomatoes, with a thin skin, immediately cut into small pieces.2. In a frying pan heat the olive oil. Add chopped garlic and thyme.
3. Put the tomatoes, constantly interfere. Simmer until tender tomato.
4. Add a ladle of broth and bring to a readiness, about 5 minutes. If you do not have broth, a little splash of white wine or a good tomato juice. If the tomatoes were from the skins - not too lazy to wipe the sauce through a sieve. Tomato sauce is ready! Serve with vegetables or meat, garnish with greens.
