Ingredients:

  • Linguine - 450 g
  • Green peas (s / m) - 250 g
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Milk 1.5% - 370 ml
  • Cream Cheese - 230 g
  • Ham (chopped) - 230 g
  • Hard cheese (shredded) - 70 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste




Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
2. For 3 minutes until cooked add the peas.
3. Fold the pasta with peas in a colander.
4. Melt the butter in a skillet.
5. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
6. Add the cream cheese and stir whisk until smooth.
7. Enter the milk, stirring constantly whisk mixture. Cook the sauce, stirring until the first signs of a boil and remove from heat.
8. Add the grated cheese, ham and mix.
9. Connect the sauce and the pasta and season with salt, pepper and stir. Serve hot.
