Ingredients:
- Beef steak (thickness of 2-3 cm.) -1 Pc.
- Red Onion - 1 pc.
- Wine vinegar - 1-2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Hot red pepper - 2 g
- Red chili peppers - ⅓ 1 pc.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 g
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh herbs (supply) - to taste
- Lemon (supply) - optional

Preparation:
1. Chop the onion into half rings, mix with sugar and vinegar.2. Connect the oil with finely chopped garlic, and fresh ground pepper, a little salt. Share on plastic wrap and roll tightly roll. Remove the freezer.
3. Meat (necessarily have to be at room temperature), salt and pepper on both sides. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
