Ingredients:

  • Bacon (chopped) - 4 slices
  • Mashed potatoes - 800 g
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 200 g
  • Green onions (chopped) - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs - 300 g
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pcs .
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cayenne pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 500 ml




Preparation:

1. Fry the bacon in a hot skillet (4-6 minutes).
2. Lay the bacon on paper towels.
3. Connect the mashed potatoes, cheese, onions, bacon, salt and pepper and stir.
4. Form small balls of mass.
5. Dip in a pre-beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the balls for 2-3 minutes in hot oil.
7. Lay out ready the balls on paper towels. Serve hot.
