Ingredients:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 250 g
  • Beet - 300 g
  • Cabbage - 300 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs .
  • Carrots - 3 pieces.
  • Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Celery root - 300 g
  • Potatoes - 150 g
  • Water - 4 liters
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs .
  • Allspice peas - 2 pcs .
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
  • Paprika Powdered sweet - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste




Preparation:

1. Fold in deep pan peeled vegetables: 1 onion, 2 carrots, beets, celery and bell pepper. Add the bay leaf, pepper, salt.
2. Fill with water and cook over moderate heat for about 1 hour.
3. Of the finished broth take out all the cooked vegetables, except beets: their color and taste, they have already given, and no longer need them.
4. On a coarse grater rub the boiled beets, raw carrots and chop the onions. Fry all together on vegetable oil.
5. Add the tomato paste and sugar.
6. In the boiling vegetable broth we place finely diced potatoes.
7. After 5 minutes, add the shredded cabbage.
8. Fry in vegetable oil chopped mushrooms.
9. Add the soup zazharku from the pan and immediately behind it - mushrooms. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave to languish under a cover on the cooling burner for a few minutes.
10. Ready soup We serve hot with cold sour cream as a filling.
