Ingredients :
- Fresh strawberries - 5 cups
- The water is cold - 12 glasses
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp
- light cream 20% MG - 375 ml
- Egg white - 2 pcs.
- Ice - optional
- 1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend or 1 cup sugar
Preparation:
1. Soak the gelatin in the water at the manufacturer's instructions.2. Take 4 cups of strawberries and squeeze the juice (preferably through a double layer of cheesecloth).
3. In strawberry juice add water, sugar and cook over low heat to get the syrup.
4. The rest of the strawberries cut into halves, put in the syrup and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Add gelatin to stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
6. The resulting mixture rub the mixture through a sieve, cool.
7. Beat until fluffy foam in a blender egg whites, pour into them chilled strawberry mixture.
8. Whip the cream with ice, combine with strawberry-protein mixture, whisk again.
9. Pour into ice-cream bowls, place in refrigerator for 3 hours. Mousse should freeze.
