Ingredients:
- Sockeye fillet - 400 g
- Bulgur - 150 g
- Vegetable broth - 80 ml
- Spinach or other greens - 1 bunch
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut Pumpkin into cubes 2 x 2 cm and bake in the oven, watering 1 tsp olive oil, half a baked pumpkin in a blender to grind with vegetable broth.2. Boil until cooked bulgur. Mix the bulgur with pumpkin soup and baked pumpkin pieces, boil in a saucepan until tender. Add soy sauce to taste.
3. sockeye fillet fried in olive oil or steamed with salt to taste. Arrange on plates bulgur, close to the fish and garnish with spinach or fresh herbs.
