Courgettes In Batter Recipe

Ingredients:

Courgettes - 2-3 pcs .
Flour - ½ stack.
Pepper - ¼ tsp..
Egg - 2 pcs .
Breadcrumbs - 1 stack.
Oil - to taste
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Courgettes cut into slices.
2. Arrange for a wide bowls of eggs, flour and pepper and breading.
3. Dip the zucchini in flour, then in egg and breaded.
4. Fry in butter on both sides.
5. Serve with sauce.
