Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1k g
- Ripe fleshy tomatoes - 300 g
- Parsley - 3-5 sprigs
- Onion - 200-250 g
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Olive oil - 1st.l.
- Refined sunflower oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sour - feed
Preparation:
1. Wash zucchini, cut off the stalk and cut with the skins are very large, pieces of about 3cm .2. Cut Tomatoes into slices half. Onions finely chop.
3. In a deep frying pan over high heat, heat the oil blend and put a bow. Fry until light golden brown and soft. Then add the zucchini, stir and continue to fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Put the tomatoes and wait for another 3 minutes. Then diminish the heat to medium-low, add the allspice, bay leaf and simmer for 3 minutes again.
5. At the end put salt, sugar, black pepper, wait a couple of minutes, during which finely chop the parsley and garlic, we press with the help of masher. Add the herbs and garlic to the zucchini, and immediately remove from heat.
6. Mix, cover with a lid (before all simmer without lids) and give stand for 7-10 minutes. Serve with cold sour cream.
