Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Finely chop the onion and cook with the cabbage in vegetable oil over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
In the water, stir the salt, baking soda and vegetable oil. Add 2 cups of flour. Mix and gradually add the remaining flour. Knead the dough, so it does not stick to hands.
3. Roll the ball and leave it for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 approximately equal parts.
5. Thinly roll out and place a few tablespoons of the filling.
6. Fold the letter envelopes.
7. Put on a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Each side fry about 3-5 minutes.
8. Ready pies lay on a paper towel to glass excess oil.
