Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate - 130 g
  • Sugar - 230 g
  • Butter - 95 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs .
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Hazelnuts - 60 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch




Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2. Chop the chocolate and nuts using a blender. Melt the butter in the fire or in the microwave and add to the chocolate together with a pinch of salt. Stir.
3. Add to the mix an egg. Sift the flour, mix with sugar and add to the chocolate mixture. Again mix.
4. Cover the rectangular-shaped baking paper and place the resulting chocolate mixture. The layer thickness should get about 1 cm.
5. Bake in preheated oven on the middle level and 30 minutes. The surface of the brownie should get dried, but inside the cake should be soft.
6. Ready dessert, remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut into small squares, garnish with walnuts and powdered sugar.
