Ingredients:
- Dried mushrooms - 300 g
- Potatoes - 6-8 pcs.
- Bulb - 1 pc.
- Salt pepper
- Vegetable oil for greasing forms
Preparation:
1. Soak mushrooms in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Good to press and cut into small pieces or break through a blender along with the onions. I used the second option. Pre-boiled mushrooms do not need, they have already passed the heat treatment.2. Peel the potatoes, wash and grate on a fine grater. Everything is done quickly, grated potatoes with great speed darkens.
3. Take the molds for cakes, grease them with oil and lay out the potatoes in the form of baskets, that is, leave the center for stuffing. On top lay out the mushrooms and close the cap of grated potatoes and hard cheese. Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °. Serve as a hot or cold.
