Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 1 cup;
  • Egg - 3 pcs .;
  • Curd - 150 g;
  • Plum - 10 pcs;
  • Baking powder - 7 g
  • Flour - 1 cup.






Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs in fluffy foam, add sugar and beat well again.
2. Add the cottage cheese, all carefully mix.
3. Gradually add small portions of the sifted flour and baking powder, while continuing to whisk.

4. Wash and plums, cut in half, remove the pit.
5. The dough is put in a baking dish (I used a split mold with a diameter of 24 cm), the laid parchment paper.
6. Plums cut into slices, lay neatly in a circle on the dough and send bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Willingness to check the wooden skewer.
7. Cool, remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve. Cheesecake with plums, cooked in this recipe, it turns out very tasty and juicy.
