Toasts with green onions and cilantro

Ingredients:
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro (coriander), chopped - 1 tbsp
- White bread - 8 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- 1. In a dish or bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt, pepper, green onion and cilantro.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cover the bottom of the skillet with vegetable oil and add a tablespoon or two of oil.
- 3. Dip the bread in the egg, shake off excess and place directly on the hot pan. Fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown in color - the texture should be crispy.
- 4. Place the cooked toast on a paper towel and gently dry.
