Chicken Casserole With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients for casseroles:
- Chicken breast, cut into thin strips 2-3 cm thick - 4-5 pcs.
- Flour - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 6 tablespoons
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion, minced - 1 pc.
- Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Unsalted butter - 3 tablespoons
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Chicken broth - 1⅕ cup.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Milk - ½ stack.
- Fatty cream - ½ cup.
Preparation:
- 1. Salt and pepper the chicken and roll each piece on both sides in flour. Heat 3 tbsp. l. olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the oil is warmed, add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Optionally, fry chicken until cooked - it has to be baked in the oven. Put breasts in a baking dish.
- 2. Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Pour 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, add the sliced mushrooms and onions, fry until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. The resulting mixture is uniformly put in a form on chicken breasts.
- 3. In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons. l. butter. Stir in 3 tbsp. l. flour, cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, ¼ h. l. pepper and mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Pour the chicken and mushrooms cooked sauce. Cover with foil and bake form for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. Serve with boiled potatoes, pasta or rice.
