Ingredients:
- - 250 gr. pizza dough
- - 1 cup of tomato sauce
- - 1.5 cups mozzarella
- - 9 slices of salami
- - 7 pieces of ham
- - 1 egg
- - Oregano
For the
dough:
- - 1 cup warm water
- - 2 1 \ 4 tsp dry yeast
- - 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- - 2 tsp salt
- - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- - 3 cups flour
1. To
prepare the dough, mix a glass of warm water with the yeast and a teaspoon of
sugar.
2. Now this
mixture should add two tsp salt and two tablespoons olive oil.
3. Knead
the dough in a food processor, knead for 15-20 minutes, then put in a bowl with
a small
amount of vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave in a position
suitable for an hour and a half.
4. When the
dough has come, take half and roll out a layer of 25 to 40.
5. Put the
tomato sauce, leaving a 6-7 cm margins on all sides.
6. Tomatoes
put grated mozzarella cheese, arrange the pieces of ham and salami, take the
egg, beat it
slightly to lubricate the edge of the blank.
7. Wrap the
narrow edges of the dough, wrap it all in a roll and transfer to a baking
sheet.
8. Coat the
surface of the egg roll, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, rolls made on
cross sections
through 4-5 cm.
9. The
final touch - the grass is dry or it can be parsley or oregano.
10. Baked
Stromboli in the oven at 250-240 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
