Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Greens - 100 grams
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Milk - 4 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable (or cream), butter - 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt, black pepper - optional
Preparation:
- 1. For the stuffing chop herbs and mix with cottage cheese; add milk, turmeric, sagging through a press garlic, salt and black pepper.
