Ingredients:
- Egg chicken - 5 pcs.
- Milk - 200 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Yeast - 10 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Sour cream (fat) - 500 g
- Vanilla - 1 package
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- 1. Prepare the base of cake. Beat 1 egg with a mixer with a pinch of salt.
- 2. In a separate container combine the milk with butter and sugar (1 tablespoon), add the beaten egg, and once again all mix well.
- 3. Connect the sifted flour with the yeast and add to the milk-egg mass. Knead the dough. Cover it with a napkin and let stand at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter greater than the form of 5 cm.
- 5. Cover the form with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. I have a diameter of 22 cm.
- 6. Spread the dough in the form of lightly pressing down with his hands. Excess cut. It is more convenient to do it with scissors culinary.
- 7. Prepare a fill-stuffing. Beat 4 eggs.
- 8. Add the remaining sugar and beat with a mixer until thick, fluffy consistency. Add the sour cream, vanilla and gently whisk stir - not the mixer! Mincemeat is ready.
- 9. Pour the sour cream filling into the foundation. From the remnants of dough can be prepared on a side decoration - it's only your imagination.
- 10. Bake the cake at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes. Willingness to check the finger touching the filling. If it does not sink and the spring, the cake is ready. Ready cake should be well cool before serving.
