Chocolate fondant Recipe

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Dark chocolate - 80 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Flour - 30 g
Preparation:
- 1. The oven is heated to 210 ° C. Beat eggs lightly with sugar.
- 2. Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath (or in the microwave). A little cool and add to the eggs.
- 3. Gently stir the resulting mixture, add to it the flour.
- 4. Mix the dough whisk until disappearance of lumps and pour on the forms, greased and lightly floured.
- 5. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes for the liquid filling 10 - semi-liquid, 12 - solid.
- 6. Serve immediately in the form of heat. Fondant excellently combined with ice cream or fruit.
