Chocolate fondant Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Dark chocolate - 80 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Sugar - 40 g
  • Flour - 30 g

Preparation:

  • 1. The oven is heated to 210 ° C. Beat eggs lightly with sugar.
  • 2. Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath (or in the microwave). A little cool and add to the eggs.
  • 3. Gently stir the resulting mixture, add to it the flour.
  • 4. Mix the dough whisk until disappearance of lumps and pour on the forms, greased and lightly floured.
  • 5. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes for the liquid filling 10 - semi-liquid, 12 - solid.
  • 6. Serve immediately in the form of heat. Fondant excellently combined with ice cream or fruit.
